University of California Undergraduate Student Experience Survey (UCUES)General InformationUCI UCUES Data Access and Use Agreement - Administrators and researchers are encouraged to make use of the UCUEs 2006 data. In an effort ot ensure data confidentiality and integrity, this form must be completed, submitted and approved prior to release of the UCUES data. Survey Instrument - This is the final version of the UCUES 2006 Core component, Academic Experience module, Civic Engagement module, Student Development module, and the Student Services module.
